The harvest took place by hand in 15 kg boxes and the bunches were selected both at the time of harvest and upon arrival in the cellar. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats and the aging in French oak barriques.  This wine in bottles numbered on the label comes from selected rows in the vineyard which have characteristics of uniqueness compared to the surrounding ones.
